The coat of the Bactrian camel (two humps, please) is renowned for its great heat resistance, tensile strength, and soft lustrous hand. The prized top grade hair is gently combed from the underbelly of baby camels, from which we select the finest for our peerless cardigan waistcoat. Knitted in a downy single-ply in the Scottish Borders and fully fashioned with all stitching and trimming done by hand as with our cashmere cardigans. Real horn buttons matched to the natural camel shade of the fibre (chic with bottom button left nonchalantly undone). Perfect under a jacket with even the highest armhole which, as gentlemen will know, is the only way to go.
